Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for performing masonry, concrete pouring, cladding, finishing, and painting services, with emphasis on workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with occupational safety regulations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT ?? Main Activities: Execution of masonry, concrete pouring, cladding, finishing, and painting services Laying of blocks, bricks, floor tiles, and ceramic claddings Preparation of mortars, plasters, and concrete according to technical specifications Leveling and alignment of structures Formwork and reinforcement assembly Guidance and supervision of construction assistants Compliance with occupational safety regulations **Requirements:** Proven work experience documented in employment record book (CTPS) Availability to work outside Greater Vitória and to travel Experience in painting and sanitation construction projects is a plus **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Profit-sharing program, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
