




Job Summary: An HR professional to handle routine tasks related to hiring, termination, benefits, payroll, and employee onboarding. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of HR processes, from recruitment to termination 2. Responsible for benefits and payroll 3. Involved in employee onboarding and follow-up Assist in the company's recruitment and selection processes Arrange purchase and payment of benefits Review payroll entries and information for benefit deductions Provide the PPP (Professional Occupational Profile) documentation as requested by employees Manage the payroll-deductible loan process conducted by employees with partner banks Carry out employee onboarding and offboarding procedures Complete documents for sickness benefit entitlement Handle the operational vacation process Participate in, promote, and monitor company-organized events Control and maintain employee documentation Maintain records of admission, periodic, return-to-work, job-change, and termination ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) Implement the New Employee Integration Program Conduct checks on electronic timekeeping records Represent the company as a legal representative before Labor Courts; Understand and apply Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
