Support in controlling pickups and deliveries \- Assists in scheduling, monitoring, and updating the status of pickups and deliveries in the system. Attend to drivers and customers \- Provides customer service and guides drivers on routes, documents, and protocols. Check and organize documents \- Verifies delivery proof receipts (PODs), invoices, CTEs, and payment slips. Help with load routing \- Supports organizing loads by route and destination, separating volumes and checking labels. Monitor transportation incidents \- Records damages, losses, returns, or delays in the system and notifies the responsible department.
