Job Summary: Financial Assistant responsible for data flow management, operational support and business interface, and customer relationship management for arrears negotiation. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation of financial arrears and credit recovery Job Description – Financial Assistant 1\. Data Flow Management and Partners Monitor file transmission to and from advisory teams, ensuring deadlines and data integrity. Perform reconciliations between advisory teams and ERP systems, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy. 2\. Operational Support and Business Interface Serve as the focal point for advisory teams, supporting resolution of bottlenecks and credit recovery. Validate agreements in accordance with internal policies. Align information between advisory teams and the commercial team to improve collection outcomes. 3\. Customer Relationship and Negotiation Provide inbound customer service for negotiation of financial arrears. Focus on debt regularization and customer retention. Convert contacts into agreement opportunities, contributing to credit recovery targets. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred) Basic knowledge of financial routines (accounts receivable and collections) Experience in data reconciliation and information control Basic to intermediate Excel skills Familiarity with ERP systems Basic knowledge of negotiation and credit recovery Prior experience in financial routines, collections, or administrative roles
