**Responsibilities:** *Driver and Vehicle Management:* Coordinate the operation of trucks and drivers, ensuring compliance with scheduled times and routes; *Risk Management:* Supervise operational safety and ensure all risk management measures are followed, including the use of tracking and security systems. Branch and Customer Relationship: Manage the regional branch, maintaining close relationships with customers and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. *Vehicle Maintenance and Appearance:* Ensure vehicles are in good visual and operational condition, conveying a positive image to customers. *Operational Indicators (OTIF):* Monitor and maintain operational performance indicators, focusing on OTIF (On Time In Full), ensuring excellence in delivery and service. Maintenance of Reports and Indicators: Create and update operational reports in Excel accurately and promptly. **Requirements:** Previous experience in operational management in logistics or transportation. Advanced knowledge of Excel. \- Relevant educational background (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields). Knowledge and experience with TMS (Transportation Management System). Understanding of risk management and its applications. Ability to perform vehicle safety checklists and monitor tracking systems.
