Desirable: * Prior experience in large-scale projects within industrial, mining, or infrastructure sectors; * Additional training in related fields (Environment, Quality, Ergonomics); * Experience implementing and maintaining management systems (SGI ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001); * Leadership capability for multidisciplinary teams; * Involvement in operational excellence programs (5S, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.); * Skills in delivering instructional training and lectures for construction crews; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office suite and digital safety management tools; * Emergency management and crisis response experience; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Availability to work on Saturdays and holidays when necessary; * Willingness to travel.
