Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Experience in industrial area. * Leadership and Management: Work Location: Vitória, Serra, Vila Velha, Cariacica region. The coordinator will manage personnel, monitor routines and deliverables as defined, and track the budget according to company guidelines. * Coordinate, plan, and organize activities and projects focused on results; * Analyze and evaluate performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities; * Develop plans, reports, and presentations to communicate progress and results; * Manage budgets, reports, and accountability with internal company departments; * Customer relationship management; * Develops and maintains a safe work environment, fostering a culture that improves operational effectiveness and efficiency, establishes and maintains maintenance practices and quality systems; * Focuses on safety by monitoring job tasks and worker risks; * Guides the team in daily activities, conducts meetings (safety talks, training sessions, feedback).
