




Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, issuing documentation, and controlling port operational activities to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Based on specific policies and objectives defined by the Operations Management, the incumbent is responsible for organizing, issuing documentation for cargo loading/unloading, executing and controlling port operational activities at the corporate level, within deadlines, quality standards, minimal operational cost, and customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed undergraduate degree in Humanities or Exact Sciences. * Brazilian National Driver's License, Category B. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Technical English. * Leadership and technical guidance experience in cargo receipt and loading operations is a plus. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Act as a Fiduciary Depository, receiving, verifying, and signing fiscal documents related to cargo movement, passenger and crew embarkation/disembarkation aboard vessels docked at the terminal. * Register personnel presence and cargo delivery in SISCOMEX (Integrated Foreign Trade System), as well as granting access to people and vehicles into the port’s customs area. * Prepare, monitor, organize, issue, and sign all documentation for cargo loading and unloading, ensuring proper acceptance and signature by the vessel’s Captain or Chief Officer. * Minimize or eliminate remarks made by the Captain or Chief Officer on Mate’s Receipts and other cargo documents; issue a Letter of Protest when necessary. * Draft Letters of Protest regarding loss of operational productivity and/or suspension of operations due to vessel equipment failure or damage caused to terminal equipment. * Submit the Statement of Facts (SOF) daily to maritime agencies. * Ensure payroll reports for TPA’s (Casual Port Workers) are correctly and timely submitted to OGMO (Labor Management Authority). * Issue and send operation closure reports to clients. * Notify clients and terminal users of vessel units via electronic files exported to R3/SAP systems (Systems, Applications and Products). * Generate operational monitoring reports for ongoing activities. * Monitor cargo, barge, and vessel reception operations. * Authorize and supervise all vessel entry and exit movements within the port basin. * Coordinate with Maritime Agencies and Shipowners regarding vessel and barge arrivals (ETA – Estimated Time of Arrival), as well as scheduling the Pilot (professional responsible for docking and undocking maneuvers) for vessel entry and exit maneuvers at the terminal. * Plan and request casual labor according to operational demand. * Control, monitor, and submit service execution forms related to goods movement at the terminal for subsequent billing by the responsible department. * Support Port Operations Supervisors, Assistants, and Controllers, ensuring operational activities align with planning and development guidelines. * Enter ship scheduling data into the system for already received and stored cargo. * Represent Portocel as its legal representative before competent authorities and entities. * Prepare the TOP (Port Occurrence Report) whenever necessary.
