We seek a Textile Design Assistant to directly support the development of packaging for finished products, integrating with the Textile Design team within a product line dedicated to bed, bath, table, and home decoration. This professional will provide cross-functional support, collaborating on both operational and strategic activities, with emphasis on organization, aesthetic curation, and assistance to commercial representatives—contributing to the brand’s visual quality and product consistency. Requirements: **Key Responsibilities** ️ Develop artwork for finished product packaging using CorelDraw software; Register and update products in the GS1 Brazil system, including generating GTIN barcodes and information for traceability and logistics control; Provide support to related departments such as Photography, Importation, and International Purchasing; Assist in tracking and organizing technical documentation for finished products (e.g., technical specifications, pre-shipment sample verification, etc.); Support the creation and organization of portfolios, lookbooks, and sales support materials for the sales team and representatives; Organize the home products studio, managing finished products and quality samples; Support curation of product, design, and decoration references for the home product line; Assist in developing color palettes, including physical product samples. **Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields. * **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in product development, packaging, and labeling; Knowledge of finished products and fabrics. ️ **Knowledge and Skills** Proficiency in graphic tools, especially CorelDraw, Canva, and Microsoft Office suite; Genuine interest in fabrics and home-oriented textile products and decoration; Ability to adapt to new demands while maintaining quality and efficiency in deliverables; * ️ Commitment to deadlines and operational excellence. **Behavioral Profile** ✨ Creative, communicative, proactive, and commercially minded profile; ️ Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible in meeting deadlines; Strong teamwork skills, adaptability to new demands, and comfort working in dynamic routines. * This position is open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
