WHAT DO YOU NEED?
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Logistics, or currently pursuing one;
* Experience in administrative routines.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
Receiving product conformity reports and other documents delivered at the facility; Ensuring the flow of truck loading, storage, and unloading at the facility or terminal; Generating, transmitting, and issuing invoices in compliance with tax legislation; Conducting DDS (Daily Safety Discussions) and DSDM (Daily Safety and Driver Meetings) with drivers; Monitoring driver activities and performing billing for storage services, debit notes, and issuance of service scope documents.
