Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring legal compliance, quality management, and monitoring of pharmaceuticals, including traceability and incident management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure legal compliance and good practices for pharmaceutical transportation 2. Develop and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) 3. Monitor storage conditions and temperature/humidity of pharmaceuticals * **Legal Compliance:** Ensure the transporter complies with all Good Storage, Distribution, and Transportation Practices for pharmaceuticals, ANVISA regulations, and current legislation, including RDC 430/2020\. * **Quality Management:** Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pharmaceutical receipt, loading, unloading, transportation, and delivery. * **Cargo Monitoring:** Inspect the physical condition of pharmaceuticals, packaging, labels, and critically monitor temperature and humidity control throughout the entire transport route. * **Documentation and Traceability:** Maintain up-to-date company documentation with the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) and Health Surveillance Authority, and ensure proper product traceability (invoices and shipping documents). * **Training:** Train operational staff and drivers on safe handling of pharmaceutical cargo and emergency response procedures. * **Incident Management:** In cases of theft, damage, or accidents, the pharmacist must conduct an investigation, record the incident, notify the Health Surveillance Authority, and arrange for product recall (product retrieval). **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. * Active registration with the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) of the state of operation. * Knowledge of ANVISA regulations (especially RDC 430/2020\).
