Detailed Description * Technical manager of the branch; * Assist in administrative processes and matters related to local Health Surveillance; * Responsible for renewing the branch's health documents; * Conduct self-inspections and monitor resolution of non-conformities; * Responsible for daily monitoring of environmental temperature and humidity, as well as refrigerator conditions; * Responsible for sorting and maintaining volumes of thermolabile products, replacing ice packs; * Responsible for supplying freezers for ice maturation; * Evaluate physical conditions and technical requirements of the branch; * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (RDC 430/2020\); * Responsible for logistics, vehicle release, and creation of shipping manifests.
