




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Mission** * Responsible for executing medium-complexity and specialized activities of the Quality Assurance System, ensuring full compliance with the procedures implemented within the company to guarantee that products meet their quality, safety, and efficacy specifications. **Responsibilities** * Maintain the quality management system by systematically evaluating compliance with company-implemented procedures, directly reporting findings to the immediate supervisor. * Assist in training required for logistics operators. * Perform control over issuance, distribution, and reconciliation of relevant BPx documents using the SE Suite system. * Assist in drafting relevant BPx documents, ensuring compliance with the technical requirements of Pharmaesthetics' quality management system. * Print documents after review to replace obsolete versions with official ones. * Investigate low-complexity quality deviations using quality tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.) provided by the SE Suite system. * Assist in investigating low-complexity quality deviations using quality tools provided by the SE Suite system. * Assist in collecting deviation data for the formulation of quality indicators. * Report quality deviations identified during the logistics operation process. * Participate, together with other employees, in Pharmaesthetics internal audit teams, ensuring no fraud, errors, or irregularities occur in other departments. * Assist in handling returned goods by completing the returns control spreadsheet and assessing the condition and quality of returned products. * Evaluate products with damaged cargo shipments to initiate return processes to the main facility. * Act as Technical Manager before regulatory agencies, ensuring the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, exercising full technical autonomy in decisions related to professional responsibilities. * Assume responsibility for all actions performed. * Ensure the company maintains proper hygiene and safety conditions. * Review and ensure validity of operating licenses and other essential documents for the company's legal operations. * Be physically present at the company during scheduled hours to receive the CRF. * Comply and enforce company rules, processes, and policies; * Safeguard the work environment, materials, proper equipment usage, and confidentiality of information; * Perform other equivalent complexity tasks as required by department/company needs. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Intermediate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and current regulations for manufacturing medicines, health products, and cosmetics is desirable. * Previous experience with SE Suite software is desirable. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal Allowance: BRL 448.36 per month; * Food Allowance: BRL 38.00 per working day; * Transportation Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing; * Medical and Dental Plan (SulAmérica) – fully covered by the company. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
