We are seeking an \*RMA Assistant IV\* to join our team. The professional will assist in managing product returns and ensure RMA process quality. * Receive and inspect products returned by customers * Conduct tests on products to identify potential defects * Register and track returned products in a dedicated system * Assist in analyzing and resolving issues identified in products * Ensure quality and efficiency in the RMA process. Candidates should ideally be organized, responsible, possess teamwork awareness, clear communication skills, and proactivity. Work Format: On-site. Location: Taquara II \- Serra/ES.
