Order and quality tracking **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Research the best suppliers, products, and services; Cooperate with suppliers for quotations; Evaluate commercial proposals; Prepare and analyze evaluation maps of supplier proposals received; Negotiate with suppliers for better prices, product and service quality, delivery terms and timelines, and payment terms; Issue and send purchase orders and service orders to suppliers; Track products/orders; Monitor the return process for goods that do not conform to the order; Schedule technical visits by supplier companies; Verify the quality of purchased products; Research new products and suppliers; Register new suppliers for future inquiries and quotations as needed; Generate weekly activity reports; Perform other related tasks. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -------------------- COMPLETED UNIVERSITY DEGREE **BUSINESS UNIT** ----------------- Seatrium Limited
