Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing the procurement process for indirect materials and services, leading negotiations, developing suppliers, and optimizing contracts. Analyze market trends to reduce costs **Key Responsibilities** * Execute procurement processes for indirect materials and services in accordance with corporate policies; * Lead quotation, negotiation, and contract formalization processes, ensuring optimal commercial and operational conditions (price, delivery time, quality, and service level); * Support requesting departments in defining technical specifications, delivery timelines, and supply terms, ensuring alignment between internal needs and the supplier market; * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers, monitoring performance, KPIs, and improvement opportunities; * Identify and evaluate new suppliers, assessing technical capability, compliance, and competitiveness; * Analyze market trends and identify cost-reduction and contract-optimization opportunities; * Plan and manage Strategic Sourcing initiatives for indirect materials and services; * Ensure traceability and archiving of documents related to procurement and contract processes; * Ensure compliance with internal Procurement regulations and Compliance policies; * Support audits and contract reviews, contributing to risk mitigation and transparency in commercial relationships. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in procurement of indirect materials and services (maintenance, facilities, MRO, logistics, technology, consulting, etc.); * Basic knowledge of tax analysis applied to procurement processes (applicable taxes, withholdings, and tax classifications); * Experience with SAP (MM module) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Intermediate/advanced English is desirable. **Work Location:** * Serra, ES Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Meals provided at the workplace * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Wellhub * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Product discounts * Birthday voucher * Transportation allowance
