Supplier evaluation and re-evaluation Among the responsibilities of the Purchasing Assistant are: * Providing in-person or telephone customer and supplier service, as required; * Serving suppliers, receiving information about products and services; handling various documents, completing all necessary procedures related to them, and preparing quotation spreadsheets; * Executing purchases; * Complying with other instructions from department heads; * Selecting general supply purchases (including critical items); * Evaluating and re-evaluating suppliers; * Maintaining records generated in this role; * Performing external services; * Performing related duties as required by immediate supervisors. * Monitoring budgets and analyzing results; * Recording accounting entries and verifying invoices; * Defining final product specifications; * Developing technical purchase specifications; * Assisting in the receipt of raw materials; Salary: R$1.672,03 - R$2.928,95 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Civil construction (preferred) Work location: On-site
