Job Summary: This professional supervises, coordinates, and manages activities, contracts, projects, personnel, equipment, and costs on construction sites, safeguarding the company's assets. Coordination of personnel and equipment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise activities of units under their responsibility; * Thoroughly understand contracts and projects under their responsibility; * Preferably experienced in DER-ES or DNIT construction projects * Coordinate the sizing of required personnel and equipment for contracts under their purview; * Conduct systematic site inspections, proposing adjustments or modifications to the original design to align with the defined terms of reference and optimize costs; * Be accountable for construction projects, planning and scheduling their execution, controlling and guiding all involved personnel, as well as material application and consumption, always adhering to technical execution standards, economy, and quality; * Supervise and coordinate progress of their contracts, complying with the established schedule; * Manage and coordinate costs associated with their contracts/construction projects; * Coordinate and supervise mobilization and demobilization of equipment; * Safeguard the company's assets; * Manage all personnel and equipment for contracts under their responsibility; **NOTE.** Minimum desirable experience: 15 years; experience in public works is mandatory. **BENEFITS:** CAR ACCOMMODATION HEALTH INSURANCE AFTER 6 MONTHS **PS.** Candidates from other regions are welcome, as accommodation is provided on-site.
