Job Summary: The professional will perform administrative activities in the warehouse, controlling fiscal routines, inventory, inventories, and operating cargo handling equipment to ensure material organization and flow. Everyone is very welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative activities in the warehouse area, controlling and executing fiscal routines to ensure all received invoices comply with fiscal principles, regulations, legislation, and established deadlines and procedures, as well as registering invoices and freight bills for payments; * Conduct inventory counts and monitor merchandise inflow and outflow; * Plan, participate in, and execute inventories; monitor and update inventory mapping; * Prepare inventory control spreadsheets, audits, create controls, issue reports, and take full responsibility for warehouse organization; * Labeling, storage, and inventory management. Perform quotations for decentralized purchases related to logistics operations; * Monitor delivery deadlines, receive equipment, verify its condition and functionality, check accessories, and clean them; * Prepare equipment for removal from the company for sale or exchange, receive goods, verify purchase orders, register products in the system, supply materials to departments, control inventory, handle invoices, and forward them to the administrative department; * Operate forklifts and cargo handling equipment, complying with NR11 regulations, maintaining warehouse organization and material preservation, and performing other duties inherent to the position, such as cleaning and organizing the area, material identification, inventory, among others; * Possess knowledge of inventory control, material inflow and outflow. Perform tasks involving vehicles, complying with NR35 regulations; * Drive vehicles to transport materials to locations defined in the logistics schedule, as well as conduct reverse logistics of materials (scrap, meters for refurbishment, etc.); * Comply with safety rules and instructions (use PPE and collective protection equipment, complete assigned training, perform risk analysis (APR), inspect equipment, etc); **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Preferred: Higher Education in related fields (Logistics, Administration, Accounting); Experience working in materials management areas; Preferred: Forklift operator training course; Preferred: Driver's License Category B. **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest ENERGY.
