Position Description – **LOADING AND UNLOADING ASSISTANT (Serra/ES)** Metta Logística Brasil is recruiting a Logistics Assistant to join its team in Serra, ES. The professional will be responsible for supporting logistics and transportation operations, including: Inventory control and organization Support for picking, inbound, and outbound processes Loading and unloading Sector organization and cleaning (5S methodology) Required Qualifications Experience in cargo arrangement Knowledge or experience with 5S Proactive, disciplined, focused, and organized profile Strong teamwork skills **Working Conditions** **Schedule: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM** **Workweek: Monday to Friday (Saturday hours compensated)** **Salary: R$ 1.810,00** **Transportation allowance: R$ 300,00** **Meal voucher: R$ 30.00 per day** Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.810,00 - R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal voucher
