Job Summary: Responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, storage, and shipment of products, ensuring inventory integrity and accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain inventory control and keep records updated Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming products, verifying quantity and quality according to specifications and purchase orders, ensuring product efficiency and integrity. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of inspection practices. * Basic Microsoft Office skills. Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and store materials and products in an organized and quality-conscious manner, following company procedures. * Inspect and prepare orders for shipment and wholesale and e-commerce logistics processes, exercising great attention and care to avoid errors and rework. * Organize and store products appropriately, adhering to safety regulations and the company’s storage policy. * Conduct periodic inventory counts to ensure record accuracy and identify potential discrepancies. * Inspect orders based on internal or customer requirements, following separation and packaging guidelines. * Package products appropriately, label them as required, and prepare them for shipping along with the invoice. * Record product receipts and shipments in the inventory management system to ensure up-to-date records. * Ship orders according to the invoice and delivery note provided to the carrier. * Assist with other departmental tasks whenever necessary. * Complete and file goods receipt and inspection documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with the system. * Report discrepancies, damages, or issues identified during goods inspection to the logistics analyst and/or coordinator.
