Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with proven experience in e-commerce to join our team, handling daily digital commerce activities and managing online stores. Key Highlights: 1. If you have directly worked with online stores or marketplaces and are proficient in digital commerce routines, this position is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Processing inbound shipments and issuing invoices * Comprehensive product listing (title, description, images, and attributes) * Organizing and cataloging the product portfolio * Inventory control and updating system information * Creating and optimizing listings on marketplaces and digital channels * Picking, packing, and shipping orders * Maintaining and updating integrations with marketplaces * Providing customer service via chat, WhatsApp, and other digital channels * Liaising with marketplaces to resolve issues (complaints, price reviews, unauthorized charges, etc.) * Managing returns and exchanges * Contacting suppliers and logistics providers as needed * Monitoring and presenting store performance metrics and KPIs * General support for the company’s commercial operations **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience in e-commerce operations (marketplaces or proprietary online stores) * Knowledge of product listing and advertisement management * Experience in digital customer service and order management * Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with marketplaces such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, or B2W * Familiarity with ERPs or integration platforms * Skills in advertisement optimization and improving online sales performance **Benefits** * Meal allowance: R$ 600.00 * Transportation allowance (with no 6% deduction) * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance **Working Hours** Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 18:00 Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Salary: R$2.762,00 — R$3.262,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
