Job Summary: Responsible for supporting management, optimizing freight processes, managing payments, and collaborating with other departments to ensure operational effectiveness. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to optimize processes and costs **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to management in preparing reports, freight simulations, quotations, and performance indicator analysis; * Propose continuous process improvements within the department, focusing on cost optimization; * Be fully responsible for the company's freight payment routine, covering approximately 40 carriers distributed across 4 distribution centers, including import operations, procurement, sales, transfers, and returns; * Perform calculations and analyses of charged amounts, identify potential discrepancies, and liaise with carriers for corrections; * Maintain up-to-date freight rate tables and tariffs in the transportation system to ensure accurate payment processing; * Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Finance departments to ensure timely payment execution and correct posting allocation according to company processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Relevant work experience in this role; * Knowledge of freight calculation, payment flow, indicator analysis, transportation systems, and EDI files; * Familiarity with tax calculation is desirable; * Prior experience in the transportation sector acting as a shipper will be considered a differentiator; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00. **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the company (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack); * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Pharmacy benefit plan; * Life insurance; * Annual performance-based bonus; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance.
