Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care, organize pharmacy operations, monitor medication dispensing and control, and assume technical responsibility. Technical responsibility before the Regional Council of Pharmacy We are looking for a Shift Pharmacist (180 hours) to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Provide pharmaceutical care by delivering information to healthcare teams regarding proper medication use, potential risks, side effects, physical and chemical incompatibilities, drug interactions, and other related topics; * Organize and operationalize pharmacy functional areas; * Monitor the dispensing of supplies and medications; * Supervise inventory execution and verify discrepancies; * Monitor dispensing and control of high-cost medications; * Classify event notifications and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments; * Assume technical responsibility for the institution before the Regional Council of Pharmacy. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Life Insurance **Required Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Regional Council. **About the company:** HEALTHCARE COMPANY
