Job Summary: Responsible for warehousing, organization, order picking, shipping, loading, and inventory management to optimize the flow of goods. Key Highlights: 1. Optimizes storage space and maintains a clean and organized environment. 2. Prepares goods for shipment, including packaging and loading. 3. Participates in inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy. * **Warehousing and Organization:** Stores products on shelves or in designated areas, optimizing warehouse space and maintaining cleanliness. * **Order Picking:** Selects items requested by customers from inventory, often using data collectors or radio-frequency systems. * **Shipping and Loading:** Prepares goods for dispatch, including packaging, palletizing (wrapping with plastic film), and loading delivery trucks. * **Inventory Management:** Participates in periodic inventory counts and audits to ensure system records match physical stock in the warehouse.
