Junior Order Picker / Warehouse Associate

As an Order Picker, you ensure each order ships correctly, on time, and with quality—playing a key role in operations. You will join an organized team at a growing company, with clear processes and a strong focus on safety and employee development. * Pick products according to orders, paying close attention to codes and quantities. * Verify merchandise, expiration dates, and packaging integrity. * Organize items into boxes, pallets, or carts for shipment. * Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled work area. * Assist with inventory counts and stock audits when required. * Follow safety procedures and correctly use PPE. * Collaborate with the logistics team to meet delivery deadlines. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in order picking, warehousing, or logistics. * Ability to read and interpret invoices, labels, and barcodes. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and agility. * Availability to work on-site under a rotating shift schedule. * Teamwork capability and effective communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in distribution centers, e-commerce, or wholesale environments. * Basic knowledge of WMS systems or data collection devices. * Logistics/warehousing coursework or training. * Experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks.
