We encourage applications from Black people, people with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and/or people from different generations. #VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and duties** Assist users of computer and telephony equipment by guiding them on usage and resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and fixed and mobile telephony devices across Telemont regional offices; Support users of information technology equipment through guidance, technical repair interventions, preventive maintenance, user access creation, and software installation; Support continuous improvement of ICT processes and infrastructure by verifying functionality and condition of provided solutions; Verify alignment between user actions and ICT policies and procedures through audits and monitoring; Manage and respond to service requests, defining response priorities using help desk software and performing necessary interventions; Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; Perform other tasks of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education. Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role. Proficiency in Windows operating system; Proficiency in MS Office suite; Knowledge of networks; Knowledge of hardware.
