In this role, you will be responsible for: * Delivering excellent customer service across all communication channels (phone and chat), resolving customers' questions, complaints, and requests promptly, empathetically, and professionally; * Clarifying questions regarding delivery timelines, warranties, payment methods, and other topics related to our products and services, ensuring a complete and satisfying customer experience; * Achieving established performance targets with a results-driven and high-performance focus; * Collaborating effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and experiences for the collective benefit. **Additional job information:** * **Work schedule:** * Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off * Weekend and holiday availability required; * Daily working hours: 6 hours 20 minutes * Working hours: To be determined. * **Compensation and Benefits:** Base salary of R$ 1.628,40 during the probationary period; After confirmation, R$ 1.670,00 with potential increases based on internal campaigns and individual performance. * **Family Support** Childcare allowance; Special assistance for children with special needs. * **Recognition and Appreciation** Birthday bonus; "Conta Comigo" attendance bonus.
