Performance of nursing procedures and clinical documentation. **Main Responsibilities – Inpatient Unit** * Perform patient admissions and deliver nursing care to hospitalized patients, ensuring safe and humanized care. * Measure vital signs, calculate clinical deterioration scores, and activate the rapid response team when necessary. * Carry out nursing procedures as prescribed (e.g., medication administration, oxygen therapy, wound dressings, specimen collections, device care, among others). * Document clinical care clearly and in accordance with institutional protocols in the patient record. * Verify and organize supplies, medications, and equipment in the unit, ensuring good practices and infection control. * Respond to emergency situations, supporting the medical team. * Comply with patient safety standards and appropriate use of PPE.
