Training and guidance of employees **Challenges and Key Responsibilities:** Analyze, together with the industrial manager, the creation and development of new projects. Execute try-out, corrections on new and developing dies; Monitor production targets; Train, guide, and raise awareness among team members regarding operational procedures; Perform extremely complex corrections; Manage ERP, generate reports, and monitor die quantities versus gross production; Generate reports on nitriding life And other duties inherent to the position.
