Quality Analyst

Job Summary: This professional will manage product quality, administer inventories, lead teams, conduct training, evaluate performance, manage conflicts, and optimize receiving and shipping processes. Logistics process optimization ➢ Monitor product quality prior to shipment; ➢ Administer inventories of raw materials, frozen finished products, various materials, and supplies; ➢ Identify team training and development needs; ➢ Conduct team training and development; ➢ Delegate responsibilities; ➢ Evaluate team performance and provide feedback; ➢ Motivate the team and hold meetings with receiving, packaging, shipping, and delivery teams; ➢ Review procedure manuals; ➢ Assist in approving standards and instructions; ➢ Proactively address conflict or emergency situations, e.g., staff shortages, equipment failure, customer and/or employee conflicts, etc.; ➢ Contribute to drafting team job descriptions; ➢ Monitor the entire process of receiving, packaging, shipping, and delivery of raw materials and in-house manufactured products; ➢ Track store change requests and orders; ➢ Monitor compliance with standards and procedures; ➢ Manage storage and shipping workflows; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.572,80 - R$3.500,00 per month
