We seek an analytical, organized, and proactive professional to drive continuous improvement of company processes. In this position, you will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing workflows to ensure greater efficiency, standardization, and quality in operations, as well as contributing to cost, time, and rework reduction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Map and analyze processes, identifying improvement opportunities; * Reduce bottlenecks, rework, and operational risks; * Develop and update procedures; * Monitor KPIs and propose actions; * Support internal departments in organizing routines; * Participate in continuous improvement projects; * Ensure compliance with regulations and standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of Power BI and management systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi) * Experience with process automation **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD)** Compensation: starting from R$3.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
