This is an excellent opportunity for students aiming to develop practical HR skills by directly engaging in administrative and people management processes within a dynamic, collaborative, and learning-oriented professional environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee integration activities; * Assist with time tracking, attendance records, medical certificates, and leave management; * Support document verification and system database updates; * Provide support in benefit administration (e.g., transportation allowance, meal vouchers, etc.); * Assist with recruitment and selection tasks as needed; * Support new employee onboarding processes; * Help organize physical and digital files, as well as departmental control spreadsheets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Human Resource Management or related fields; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); * Genuine interest in learning and developing within the Human Resources field. **Additional Information** #### **Other Details:** * **Work Mode:** On-site; * **Location:** Av.
