The Fleet Analyst will be responsible for managing and controlling the company’s fleet, ensuring the smooth operational functioning of vehicles, as well as administering materials and procurement processes. The role involves direct interaction with suppliers, performance analysis, and the use of control tools to ensure efficiency, cost reduction, and optimization of logistical resources. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct full fleet control, including **preventive and corrective maintenance**, scheduling, and follow-up. * Execute and monitor **vehicle usage checklists**, ensuring vehicle compliance and safety. * Manage **fueling**, consumption, and usage reporting. * Perform **fleet sizing**, analyzing vehicle idleness, turnover, and allocation needs. * Monitor KPIs and prepare managerial reports for the area. * Conduct **supplier contact, quotation, and negotiation** across various sectors. * Control inventory levels, consumption, and restocking. * Develop, maintain, and analyze area-specific KPIs. * Conduct critical analyses to support strategic decision-making in the area. **Technical Requirements:** * Experience in fleet management. * Knowledge of procurement and materials management processes. * **Advanced Excel** proficiency. * Aptitude for working with systems. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Administration, Logistics, or related fields**. * Knowledge of **Lean Six Sigma** and continuous improvement methodologies. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Clear and effective communication. * Prioritization skills and sense of urgency. * Proactivity and negotiation ability. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **If you are interested in this position and wish to join our team, we would love to get to know you!** **Apply now and grow with us!**
