




Job Summary: Responsible for greeting and assisting customers, patients, and visitors; providing telephone support; scheduling appointments; and organizing daily information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers, patients, and visitors. 2. Provide telephone support and supply information. 3. Schedule interviews and appointments, addressing needs. Greet and provide support services to customers, patients, and visitors. Deliver telephone support and provide information in clinics, outpatient departments, medical practices, and hospitals. Schedule interviews and appointments, receive customers or visitors, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate locations and personnel. Schedule services. Observe internal security protocols, verify documents and credibility of customers and visitors, and notify security regarding unfamiliar individuals. Organize information and plan daily work activities. Completed high school education or currently pursuing a higher education degree. Desirable: 6 months of experience in customer service (preferably in the healthcare sector). Availability to work as a daily employee Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
