**Location:** Vitória/ES
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, stocktaking, warehousing, and asset control.
Responsible for asset management, inventory control, storage, and movement of materials and equipment, ensuring inventory accuracy, asset traceability, record compliance, and operational efficiency, while leading teams involved in area operations.
Manage asset control for materials, tools, equipment, and operational assets.
Ensure physical and system-based inventory accuracy.
Plan, coordinate, and execute cyclic and comprehensive inventories.
Control material and equipment movements including receipt, issue, transfer, return, and disposal.
Ensure proper identification, traceability, and storage of items.
Coordinate warehouse, asset control, and inventory teams.
Define routines, KPIs, and action plans to reduce losses, discrepancies, and inconsistencies.
Monitor ERP or control system usage, ensuring data entry quality and information reliability.
Prepare managerial reports on inventory, stock levels, losses, turnover, assets, and process adherence.
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Maintenance, Construction, and Finance to ensure operational fluidity.
Propose process improvements in storage, layout, control, inventory, and internal logistics.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, audits, and asset control requirements.
Comply with and enforce company policies, standards, and procedures within the assigned area;
Be aware of and attentive to occupational health and safety (OHS) hazards, risks, and environmental aspects and impacts associated with activities, to ensure their control and mitigation, thereby eliminating or reducing potential harm to people and environmental impacts.
