If you are motivated and meet the requirements for this position, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Support coordination in managing and organizing departmental demands related to system integration. * Participate in system implementations, ensuring alignment with accounting, tax, payroll, and financial routines. * Conduct requirements gathering, integration testing, and data validation. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical and operational support. * Lead alignment meetings and act as the escalation point for more complex issues. * Monitor project schedules, risks, deliverables, and communication among stakeholders. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system adjustments. * Assist in documenting processes and operational workflows. * Contribute to a collaborative environment by ensuring clear communication and professional conduct. **Requirements – Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Information Systems / Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of: Accounting; Tax area; Payroll Department; and Finance area (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, cash flow); * Experience in system implementation or participation in technology/ERP projects; * Experience in client service; * Basic understanding of project management. **Desirable Requirements:** * Practical knowledge of the following systems: Domínio, Omie, and Protheus (TOTVS); * Intermediate English proficiency.
