We seek a **Scaffolding Erector** who is **responsible, safety-conscious, and committed**, and who works with focus on quality, operational discipline, and teamwork. Here, you will join a team that values respect, care for people, and pride in wearing the PLAMONT uniform. **Position also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Attend daily safety meetings; * Perform tasks according to the scheduled plan; * Assemble and dismantle tubular and frame scaffolding; * Assist in transferring materials and equipment; * Assist in performing related tasks; * Request and return materials or tools from the central warehouse; * Verify whether helpers and/or assistants are correctly performing their tasks; * After completing tasks, collect tools and store them in the project’s own container or return them to the internal warehouse; * Perform housekeeping, organization, cleaning, 5S activities, assist in warehouse, SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety Service), administrative tasks, distribute PPE, and file documents; * Operate aerial work platforms; * Assist in loading and unloading materials transported by vehicles equipped with cargo beds; * At the end of each workday, assist in cleaning and organizing the work area; * Comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QHSE), administrative procedures established by the company and its clients, observing responsibilities defined therein, and maintain records as stipulated in the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Café Voucher; * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Health plan; * Partnerships with universities and other institutions, encouraging continuous professional development and career growth.
