We are looking for a **Scaffolding Assembler** who is **responsible, safety-conscious, and committed**, and who works with a focus on quality, operational discipline, and teamwork. Here, you will join a team that values respect, care for people, and pride in wearing the PLAMONT uniform. **This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Attend daily safety meetings; * Perform tasks according to the schedule; * Assemble and dismantle tubular and frame scaffolding; * Assist in transferring materials and equipment; * Assist in performing related tasks; * Request and return materials or tools from the central warehouse; * Verify whether helpers and/or assistants are correctly performing their tasks; * After completing tasks, collect tools and store them in the site-specific container or return them to the internal warehouse; * Perform housekeeping, organization, cleaning, 5S activities, assist in warehouse, SESMT, and administrative tasks, distribute PPEs, and file documents; * Operate aerial work platforms; * Assist in loading and unloading materials transported by vehicles equipped with cargo beds; * At the end of the day’s work, assist in cleaning and organizing the area; * Comply with company and client procedures regarding Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Administration, observe responsibilities defined therein, and control records as established in the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Café Voucher; * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Plan; * Partnerships with universities and other institutions, encouraging continuous development and professional growth.
