Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Alignment Technician Assistant to support vehicle inspection, evaluation, and maintenance, with a focus on alignment, balancing, and suspension. Workplace organization and equipment maintenance **We are looking for an Automotive Alignment Technician Assistant in Cariacica/ES:** **Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:** * Assisting with axle geometry verification and assessment of tire wear and balance; * Assisting with tire inspections focused on wear; * Assisting in evaluating the condition of control arm bushings, steering rod ends, and checking for excessive play in axle hubs; * Assisting with vehicle suspension/brake work, alignment, and balancing using 3D equipment; * Assisting with general greasing and lubrication as scheduled or upon request; * Assisting with diagnostics on passenger vehicles, part replacement, suspension, steering, brakes, balancing, tire replacement, alignment, and camber adjustment; * Assisting with workplace organization, equipment and material maintenance, keeping the workplace tidy and clean; * Complying with company safety regulations; * Communicating with the tire shop regarding tire replacement and mechanical issues, among other tasks; suspension, clutches, electronic fuel injection, automotive air conditioning cleaning/maintenance and repair. * Requesting replacement parts and auxiliary materials required to perform services; * Performing other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Vehicle Alignment; * Driver's license Category B is a plus; * Experience in auto centers (not engine mechanics, but alignment specialists); * Completion of a 3D alignment course is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Must provide excellent customer service and demonstrate willingness to assist customers with any questions.
