Experience with payroll department routines **FINANCIAL ANALYST** **LOCATION:** Glória, Vila Velha **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday \- On-site: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields;** * Experience with **financial operations and payroll department;** * Knowledge of **financial planning, income statement (DRE), cash flow, and financial indicators;** * Hands-on experience with payroll processing, statutory labor charges, and employee benefits; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Management of **accounts payable and accounts receivable;** * Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring; * Purchase requisitions; * Support for **financial planning**, forecasting, and budget tracking; * Preparation and analysis of **income statements (DRE)**, financial indicators, and management reports; * Issuance, verification, and control of **fiscal invoices;** * Coordination with accounting team for monthly closing; * Verification of **payroll, statutory labor charges, benefits, and deductions;** * Organization and standardization of administrative and financial processes; * Strategic support to management through financial insights and analyses. **BENEFITS** Transportation Allowance; Meal Ticket R$ 20.00 per workday (CAJU); Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Birthday Leave; Exclusive discounts for employees at the Clinic’s services.
