Hiring will be conducted by LBX; however, the professional will provide support and organize administrative routines for up to three companies, ensuring standardization, control, and operational efficiency. Role Objective To organize, structure, and standardize administrative and financial processes across the companies, establishing a solid foundation for control, predictability, and decision-making support. Key Responsibilities Structure and standardize administrative processes across companies Manage administrative routines across multiple operations Supervise and control cash flow (accounts payable and receivable) Monitor costs, expenses, and financial organization Organize contracts, documents, and legal obligations Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) Create managerial reports to support decision-making Ensure information organization and reliability Identify process improvements and cost reductions Develop efficient and replicable administrative routines Requirements Prior experience in administrative or financial areas Experience organizing processes and routines Experience with financial control (cash flow, expenses, etc.) Ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands Proficiency in Excel or management tools Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multiple companies (multi-CNPJ) Experience in administrative structuring or reorganization Basic accounting and tax knowledge Experience with management systems (ERP/CRM) Behavioral Profile (ESSENTIAL) We seek a professional who is: Highly organized and disciplined Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility Capable of prioritizing tasks and handling high workloads Analytical and data-oriented Execution-focused (gets things done, not just plans) Emotionally stable and resilient Owner-minded and committed Compensation and Growth Fixed salary: R$ 5.136,22 Growth potential aligned with company structuring Progression to strategic positions within the Group Why is this opportunity valuable?
