The INTERCOMM\_WAREHOUSE_WORKER position is intended for junior-level professionals working in warehousing. The professional is responsible for performing activities related to inventory control and organization, receiving and inspecting goods, and ensuring correct product storage. It is essential that the INTERCOMM\_WAREHOUSE_WORKER be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive to perform duties efficiently.
* **Participate in daily planning meetings**, led by the administrative department, to align operational requirements and organize daily priorities.
* **Receive and inspect goods** delivered by carriers, verifying quantity, quality, integrity, and compliance with invoices and management systems (physically and systemically).
* **Perform unloading, inspection, and palletizing of goods**, assigning them to appropriate storage locations according to the warehouse layout.
* **Carry out physical and systemic storage of products**, ensuring organization, traceability, and easy access, in accordance with internal procedures.
* **Perform picking, packaging, labeling, and shipment of goods**, including box sealing, labeling, serial number collection, document inspection, and truck loading.
* **Complete waybills, reports, and other documents** related to product movement accurately and in accordance with orders and invoices.
* **Conduct periodic inventories and cycle counts**, aiming to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
* **Report discrepancies, damages, or irregularities** found in goods to the supervisor to prevent losses and ensure end-customer satisfaction.
* **Maintain company assets, equipment, and daily-use materials**, reporting malfunctions, damages, or maintenance needs.
* **Keep storage areas, aisles, docks, and workspaces clean and organized**, following safety and hygiene standards.
* **Collaborate with the logistics team** to optimize processes for receiving, storing, and distributing products.
* **Attend training and capacity-building sessions** focused on warehousing, logistics, and occupational safety.
* **Perform specific tasks, when required, under guidance and supervision**, such as inspecting products destined for e-commerce or occasional operational support tasks.
