The professional is responsible for performing activities related to inventory control and organization, receiving and inspecting goods, and ensuring correct product storage. It is essential that the INTERCOMM\_WAREHOUSE_WORKER be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive to perform duties efficiently. * **Participate in daily planning meetings**, led by the administrative department, to align operational requirements and organize daily priorities. * **Receive and inspect goods** delivered by carriers, verifying quantity, quality, integrity, and compliance with invoices and management systems (physically and systemically). * **Perform unloading, inspection, and palletizing of goods**, assigning them to appropriate storage locations according to the warehouse layout. * **Carry out physical and systemic storage of products**, ensuring organization, traceability, and easy access, in accordance with internal procedures. * **Perform picking, packaging, labeling, and shipment of goods**, including box sealing, labeling, serial number collection, document inspection, and truck loading. * **Complete waybills, reports, and other documents** related to product movement accurately and in accordance with orders and invoices. * **Conduct periodic inventories and cycle counts**, aiming to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation between physical stock and system records. * **Report discrepancies, damages, or irregularities** found in goods to the supervisor to prevent losses and ensure end-customer satisfaction. * **Maintain company assets, equipment, and daily-use materials**, reporting malfunctions, damages, or maintenance needs. * **Keep storage areas, aisles, docks, and workspaces clean and organized**, following safety and hygiene standards. * **Collaborate with the logistics team** to optimize processes for receiving, storing, and distributing products. * **Attend training and capacity-building sessions** focused on warehousing, logistics, and occupational safety. * **Perform specific tasks, when required, under guidance and supervision**, such as inspecting products destined for e-commerce or occasional operational support tasks.
