Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and lead safety campaigns focused on results and engagement. * Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of preventive actions, suggesting updates and improvements. * Support and facilitate accident/incident investigations. * Collect and analyze occupational accident statistical data, calculating frequency and severity rates. * Conduct field inspections and advise employees on activity-related risks within their work environments. * Identify risks associated with additional field activities not yet mapped; * Monitor risk assessments for determining hazardousness/insalubrity classifications. * Inspect individual and collective protective equipment for quality and effectiveness. * Inspect fire protection equipment and safety signage. * Participate in Working Groups for operational improvements and technical instructions. * Serve as a technical reference in meetings with Management and CIPA Presidents. * Propose systemic safety process improvements based on statistical data and risk analyses. * Consolidate statistical data and develop executive presentations. * Support management in decision-making regarding preventive and corrective measures. * Contribute to the definition of occupational safety procedures and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Driver's license category B or higher. * Significant experience as an Occupational Safety Technician, including inspection, auditing, and safety supervision activities. * Experience in indicator analysis and monitoring, as well as preparing managerial presentations. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Power BI knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
