* Coordinate pedagogical planning and the school calendar.
* Monitor and support teachers’ classroom work.
* Plan and lead pedagogical meetings and internal training sessions.
* Monitor learning indicators and propose improvements.
* Mediate conflicts among students, families, and staff.
* Ensure compliance with educational guidelines and regulations.
* Collaborate with school leadership on institutional projects and initiatives.
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or related fields in Education.
* Prior experience in school coordination or pedagogical coordination.
* Knowledge of the BNCC guidelines and basic educational legislation.
* Ability to lead teams and facilitate meetings and training sessions.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with emphasis on active listening.
* Organizational skills, systemic thinking, and decision-making ability.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Postgraduate degree in School Administration, Pedagogical Coordination, or related fields.
* Experience with active learning methodologies and educational technologies.
* Experience in schools implementing innovative or bilingual programs.
* Prior involvement in institutional evaluation processes.
