We seek a professional to manage and prevent occupational risks, with a focus on organization, responsibility, and close collaboration with operations. Here, the Occupational Safety area serves as a strategic pillar to ensure operational continuity, protect people, and sustain high-quality growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Mission** Work closely with Distribution Centers and other facilities, guiding teams, monitoring routines, and ensuring daily application of safety practices. Your role will be to transform regulations and procedures into practical actions, strengthening prevention, supporting leadership, and contributing to a safer, more organized, and more conscious operation. **Your Daily Activities:** * Apply and monitor Regulatory Standards (NRs) and legal requirements; * Conduct safety inspections and identify risks in the logistics environment; * Control and guide proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs); * Investigate accidents and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Support management of occupational health programs (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT); * Conduct safety training and awareness activities; * Organize fire brigades and emergency response plans; * Monitor safety indicators and prepare reports; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance; * Contribute to sustainability practices and waste management; * Promote campaigns and initiatives focused on safety culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Take on This Challenge:** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Prior experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), preferably in logistics or industrial operations; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and current legislation; * Experience in safety inspections, accident investigation, and PPE management; * Familiarity with occupational health and safety programs (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT); * Experience with OSH indicators and audits; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in distribution centers; * Knowledge of ESG practices and waste management; * Experience with environmental certifications. **JOIN US IN MAKING HISTORY** Here, every decision matters—and the impact is real. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Meal Allowance/Meal Voucher and On-site Meals Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Childcare Assistance Medical and Dental Assistance TotalPass Profit Sharing Plan (PPR) Benefits Club (Leisure, Education, and Health) Scholarship Program Corporate Library Rest Room A full year packed with initiatives designed exclusively for you Welcome to Leveros \- We are a company that professionalizes the Air Conditioning market.
