We believe that a company’s success stems from highly qualified and engaged individuals committed to their personal and professional development, guided by purposes aligned with a greater good. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Analyze and handle non-conforming products * Occasionally assist in the cable cutting process * Verify invoices, prepare outgoing documentation, and segregate batches by region or withdrawal order * Inspect products in receiving, storage, and dispatch areas * Understand and apply occupational risks associated with activities * Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified * Organize and maintain department cleanliness * Perform 100% quality inspection on all items * Assemble and group kits, including execution, verification, labeling, and dispatch of transfer orders * Sort and open incoming packages by description and reference, preparing them for physical inspection * Sort products and packages in the inspection and dispatch area * Transfer materials from receiving to storage areas * Relocate materials physically and update the system accordingly * Verify labels and storage/delivery addresses, operating material handling equipment, scales, microcomputers, and terminals safely and efficiently **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma completed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Advanced Excel proficiency required Nortel is an equal opportunity employer and invites women, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities to apply.
