**About the Role**
The Junior Planning and Control Analyst will be responsible for supporting, contributing to, assisting with, and updating the complete analysis and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term planning, reinforcing day-to-day control over import and export processes—from order placement through cargo delivery—while applying strategic vision to optimize operations and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting planning and control of production related to COMEX (import) services, following leadership guidance and directives.
* Updating and maintaining operational controls, ensuring organized information to support management.
* Supporting the development and monitoring of operational schedules, respecting defined deadlines.
* Conducting daily follow-up of processes, recording status, deadlines, and any deviations.
* Supporting interdepartmental activity flow control, flagging bottlenecks and delays to the responsible party.
* Assisting in workload and team productivity analysis based on data and reports.
* Supporting communication between Commercial and Operations teams by relaying deadline and capacity information.
* Updating and monitoring operational performance indicators (KPIs), as per the defined model.
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, following established standards, processes, and guidelines.
**Prerequisites:**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of planning, capacity control, and process management;
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel (cost spreadsheets, process control);
Familiarity with quality management tools (PDCA, among others);
English B2 or higher (good comprehension level for communication with suppliers, reading and drafting technical documents);
Familiarity with BI tools or operational dashboards (Power BI).

**Work Model/Hours**
On-site;
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
