International expertise and tradition, combined with local proximity. **Responsibilities and duties** * Providing in-person, telephone, or email public customer service, routing requests to the responsible departments; * Organizing and archiving physical and digital documents; * Assisting in spreadsheet control, simple data entry, and data verification; * Supporting administrative tasks such as report generation, printing, scanning, and mailing correspondence; * Supporting the Human Resources, Finance, or Administration departments as required by the company; * Updating records and maintaining internal systems; * Scheduling meetings and organizing meeting rooms and materials; * Assisting in controlling administrative supplies inventory; * Participating in theoretical classes of the apprenticeship program. **Requirements and qualifications** **APPRENTICE:** Currently enrolled in high school. Age between 14 and 17 years. **YOUNG APPRENTICE:** High school enrollment or completion.
