Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on building electrical systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative environment and sense of urgency ### **Work Location** Civil construction and maintenance company (Sintraconst Collective Bargaining Agreement) Units of Escola São Domingos – Vitória/ES. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low-voltage building electrical systems. * Install, inspect, and repair electrical circuits, outlets, lighting fixtures, switches, and power points. * Assemble, organize, and maintain electrical distribution panels. * Identify electrical faults, perform diagnostics, and propose appropriate technical solutions. * Replace electrical components as required by operational needs. * Support adaptations and minor expansions of existing electrical installations. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical and safety standards (NR\-10 and ABNT standards). * Maintain organization of materials, tools, and the workplace. * Support the building maintenance team in related tasks when necessary. ### **Expected Competencies** * Organization and accountability. * Attention to safety and detail. * Technical diagnostic ability. * Collaborative attitude and appropriate sense of urgency for an educational environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Technical or vocational training in building electricity or related fields. * Valid NR\-10 certification. * Proven experience in low-voltage building electrical maintenance. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams. * Knowledge of electrical panel and distribution circuit maintenance. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in educational, commercial, or condominium environments is a plus. * Valid NR\-35 certification. **Additional Information** ### **Salary and Benefits** Reference salary: R$ 3\.480,95 Work schedule: 44 hours per week Meal allowance: R$ 1\.100,00 Transportation allowance or fuel allowance (with 3% payroll deduction) Life insurance Unimed health plan ESD Educação is a group comprising the brands Escola São Domingos and Sundays.
